  In the late 60's Gary performed in Miami, Florida with The BeatMakers, The Fabulous Chains and the Myrchants of Tyme. While he played rhythm guitar, most of Gary's efforts were directed toward song writing.
  
  By the early 70's he quit performing to pursue business interests but continued to write songs. Through the years he has won several song writing contests and has had his material performed
  and recorded by various local
  artists.
